with christmas money received, i invested in another one-year subscription to netflix. i think i'm probably the very last one in the united states, to have seen the movie, "water for elephants." so, i ordered it. 'twas delivered to my door, yesterday. oh, happy was i, when we flopped on the couch, our bellies full from crock-pot beef stew, and settled in to watching it!
we're captivated.
'bout time they make good movies, said the mister.
and then.... it happened.
a quarter of the way through.... the dvd stopped.
just stopped. after carefully inspecting it. the mister, realized the dvd was slathered with scratches.
don't ya just hate that?

I really liked that movie too! We've been using Red Box-we can get them quicker! LOVE the restaurant sign!!
Loved water for Elephants, Just didn't get the ending. Sooooooo when you finish it call me and tell me what you thought of the ending. I also just watched The Help. Loved it. Cryed.
Oh no. I hate it when dvds do that. Especially during a great movie like that. I would love to watch it again.
