Also do standing thigh stretch-grab your foot or ankle with your hand in back of you, don't pull too hard in because it will stress your knee but roll your pelvis forward to increase the stretch. And lastly a simple bend at the waist reaching for the floor, just hang and breath let the weight of your head do the work don't force and you'll feel a nice stretch up the back of your legs and possibly in your back.

Still waiting for your comments on my blog.....~Byn Therehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14706735247942356875noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100205290347372790.post-76516875849629023422009-02-16T19:59:00.000-08:002009-02-16T19:59:00.000-08:00I ADORE the color of that glass!I ADORE the color of that glass!Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17814390028096069164noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100205290347372790.post-32332744735830607102009-02-16T19:31:00.000-08:002009-02-16T19:31:00.000-08:00I love doing mosaics!I love doing mosaics!Texan Zombie Goddesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09067779800849679835noreply@blogger.com
